Linn School District is seeking a motivated, energetic Assistant Track & Field Coach to join our program and help develop student-athletes across all events.

We want a coach who:

• Has knowledge in one or more event areas (or willingness to learn)
• Is committed to developing athletes on and off the track
• Builds strong relationships with athletes and staff
• Supports offseason and summer training opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily practices, meets, and event coaching
• Help develop athletes in assigned event groups
• Support strength, conditioning, and offseason programs
• Assist with meet setup, organization, and supervision
• Promote a positive, disciplined team culture
• Ensure compliance with Missouri State High School Activities Association guidelines

Qualifications:

• Playing or coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Desire to grow as a coach and mentor
